Once again we want to thank you for the excellent service we received. Chad resolved all of our problems in three days, which made our month-long vacation in our home away from home all the more enjoyable.

A week before travelling around Australia, chad and his team exceeded their workmanship in replacing both our charging and heating systems. other than your work ethic and diligence, we are blown away by your amazing customer service – it was above and beyond!

Without the information and support RV’s R Us gave us on our recommended service, really made us trust the team in having our best interests at heart. Taking us through every step of the way and updating us on their progress really makes them stand out, so thank you again!

Thanks Chad for doing a great job replacing the main hatch in our Jurgens van and polishing up the ends.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! We had our van collected by Chad for some insurance work to get done, The guy was so rude! (At one point when I asked how long he would have the van for , he told me that I was "giving him the sh#ts" then hung up the phone! He then refused to return our van, in the end I had to go collect the van myself ($130 in a cab). The work done on the van was mostly terrible, with compartments leaking , no keys for the replaced storage bins and a new fault with the water pump) we tried to get them to resolve the issues but the insurance company had already paid so Chad would not respond to emails or return calls! we tried politely to get these issues for months then In the end we had to pay another company in Penrith to redo most of the work! If I could give a minus rating I would. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! steer clear.

Chad has always been patient and understanding with my requests and indulged me in wanting to do some work myself to save some money on preparation. He has lent me his car trailer at no cost to me and done an excellent on the restoration of my daughter's T3 pop; it looks brand new. I cannot fault his team's workmanship. He has a busy workshop, and you may need to wait a while for service but the wait and patience needed is worth it. Planning more work for him to undertake as well. Highly recommended.

This company is amazing, Soooo helpful and friendly. They were able to quickly and efficiently replace my side mirror, repair my break lights and number plate lights and secure my passenger seat belt .... all in a few hours! Saw what else they were working on, such a wide range of beautifully fitted campers. Im going back to these guys!!!!! Thanks Chad and team.

I am so thankful for the fast efficient and amazing work that Chad and his team did to get my RV back on the road. It actually looks so much better than what it did prior to the accident. I recently collected my motorhome from Chad after completion of insurance related work involving replacement of a side window assembly & a respray of lower panels on one side. The work undertaken by Chad was of his usual high standard & I was delighted with the end result. His usual friendly service was once again evident. I highly recommend Chad to anyone considering a repair or refurbishment of their RV.

Just chatting to Chad yesterday I realised that I have been taking our caravan to him at RVs r Us Mona Vale for more that 10 years. This was from early warranty work through servicing and often difficult repairs. Over that decade of a caravan journey Chad, Marnie and their team have provided the most reliable, friendly and efficient service going out of their way to ensure the van is in tip top condition for our travels. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Be Careful . Get everything in writing.
